계정·데이터 삭제 요청
킥오프(Kickoff, 개발: WON Solution) 계정과 데이터를 지우는 방법입니다.
1. 앱에서 바로 지우기 (권장)
- 앱에서 내 정보를 엽니다 (운영진은 홈 위쪽 사람 모양 아이콘).
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누르고 비밀번호를 한 번 더 넣습니다.
아이디·비밀번호·로그인 기록·초대 코드가 바로 지워지고, 휴대폰에 있던 사본도 지워집니다.
2. 앱을 쓸 수 없을 때 — 메일로 요청
support@won-solution.com 으로 아래를 적어 보내 주세요.
- 제목: 킥오프 계정 삭제 요청
- 아이디, 클럽 이름, (회원 기록 삭제도 원하면) 회원 이름
본인 확인을 위해 클럽 운영진 확인이나 추가 질문을 드릴 수 있습니다. 확인 뒤 30일 안에 지우고 답장드립니다.
지워지는 것과 남는 것
- 지워짐: 아이디, 비밀번호 해시, 로그인 토큰, 초대 코드
- 남음: 클럽의 기록(회원 이름·출석·골·회비 등). 클럽 운영진이 관리하는 기록이기 때문입니다. 함께 지우려면 메일에 적어 주시거나 운영진에게 회원 삭제를 부탁하세요. 회원을 지우면 출석·도착 체크가 지워지고 골 기록은 '미상'으로 남습니다.
- 클럽에 계정이 나 하나뿐이면 클럽 기록도 모두 지워집니다.
- 서버 백업에 남은 사본은 백업 보관 기간(최대 30일)이 지나면 함께 사라집니다.

Request account or data deletion
How to delete your Kickoff account and data (developer: WON Solution).
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open My info in the app (admins: the person icon at the top of Home).
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm your password.
Your ID, password, sign-in history and invite codes are deleted immediately, along with the copy on your phone.
2. If you can't use the app — email us
Email support@won-solution.com with:
- Subject: Kickoff account deletion request
- Your ID, club name, and (if you also want your member record removed) your member name
We may ask a club admin or ask you a question to confirm it's you. We delete the data within 30 days of confirmation and reply.
What is deleted and what stays
- Deleted: ID, password hash, sign-in tokens, invite codes
- Kept: the club's records (member name, attendance, goals, fees), because the club's admins manage them. To remove them too, say so in your email or ask an admin to delete your member record. Deleting a member removes their attendance and check-ins, and their goals show as “Unknown”.
- If you are the only account in your club, all club records are deleted too.
- Copies in server backups disappear when the backup retention period (up to 30 days) ends.
